Traineeships and Financial Incentives
WORKSHOPS TO BE CONDUCTED

Financial incentives vary according to the selected course, qualifications of employees and their status as new or existing workers. Em-Four offers a number of its courses as formal traineeships in some states which may make the cost of training cost-neutral to the employer. For more information on the incentives available to employers contact your preferred New Apprenticeship Centre or the Education and Training Department of your State or Territory government. Some traineeships attract funding in excess of $4,000.00 across the duration of the traineeship.

Are traineeships for new and existing workers available?

Yes. Many of our courses are available as traineeships that may attract Commonwealth, State or Territory financial incentives.

State and Local Government and other Statutory Authorities are now taking on many of the enforcement and compliance roles previously carried out by police. Em-Four aims to assist individuals and client employers by providing high quality, standardised and specialised training to equip these organisations to professionally fulfil these roles. It is a further aim of Em-Four to professionalise the various roles of Parking Officer, Transit Officer, Rangers, Compliance Officers, Council Law Enforcement Officers, Special Constables, and other similar occupations, particularly in the areas of law and procedure.

There is a growing trend for many jurisdictions to include our courses in their approved traineeship schemes. This means that financial incentives may be available to employers that will cover a substantial amount of the costs associated with purchasing training. Further discounts are available for eligible new entrant employees. To compare what courses we offer, and what traineeships are approved for your state or territory please consult the Australian Apprenticeships Training Information Service on www.natinfo.com.au or call 1800 338 022. We are continually monitoring this and are keen to work with employers to develop partnerships for future training and qualifications.

A Registered Training Organisation (RTO) cannot state which of its clients will be eligible for funding as these are contracts negotiated between the employer, the employee, the Commonwealth and relevant State or Territory governments after training has been purchased from an RTO. We suggest that you contact your preferred Australian Apprenticeship Centre after speaking with Em-Four Pty Ltd.
