Unfortunately, there still is no uniformity in required skills and qualifications for people working as Local Government Compliance, Enforcement and Parking officers.

Em-Four Pty Ltd has just been advised that they are eligible to provide Traineeship Training Services in Western Australia in 2006 for a small number of candidates in the Certificate IV in Animal Control and Regulation - RUV40104. Marketing Director, Bruce Magee said, "This is a small but significant step in our development as a national Registered Training Organisation. Our acceptance by the Western Australia Department of Education and Training is recognition of the work that we are doing in the area. We hope to use this as a springboard for our other Local Government courses." |
