  • This course provides the skills and knowledge to work in the law enforcement and compliance management environment in all Government (including Local Councils) sectors except policing. You will learn how to conduct a basic investigation, use court documents, formulate a brief of evidence and develop frontline customer service skills as well as field-based problem solving. The course can be customised to the job description of participants and to the employer client's needs.
