  • This qualification outlines the role, standards and image that frontline managers need to set in a management position in an organisation. As frontline managers fulfil an important leadership role, they are the level of management in most frequent contact with employees and customers. This course is primarily intended for people employed in frontline management desirous of formalising such a position with a management qualification. The performance of both individuals and teams are outlined, highlighting the dependency of standards, ethics and values that need to be displayed by frontline managers. Employees who are aspiring to a frontline management position, as well as students involved in a training program and who may not have the opportunity to apply their new skills in the workplace, are catered for in the completion of this program.
